Indeed, the bitter truth you will not be able to prevent urban sprawl around any military or industrial project, whatever the degree of severity of such project, Even if it was built in area very far from population groupings. And will not be able to remove this urban sprawl with any legislation or governmental decisions, even if these groupings are random, which can cause serious problems.

These problems are in accidents that occur on-site, when an accident occurs the damages and casualties will include people or urban areas not in the project risk planning. Countries need these type of dangerous industries, so that cannot be stopped. The solution is to move these dangerous industries far away into Water (Seas and Oceans) using Hanged Buildings Technique, then urban sprawl could not reach, making it safe in addition to being naturally distant from terrorist attacks.

The Applications and Benefits of Hanged Buildings:

  • Suitable for construction of petrochemical, chemical and fertilizer factories, and nuclear reactors especially in offshore areas. Which will enable to put these kind of important industry far away in the sea. In order to save people’s life and environment from continues disasters which frequently occurs like in insecticides factory of Union Carbide in Bhopal city India year 1984, Chernobyl nuclear reactor in Ukraine year 1986, Shell Chemical Company in Texas, USA year 1997, Grande Paroisse – Total Fertilizer factory in Toulouse, France year 2001, Fukushima Daiichi nuclear reactor in Japan year 2011, West Fertilizer Company in Texas USA year 2013, and Chemical factory in Catalonia Spain year 2015.

  • A simple method to extend area in countries that suffering from lack of space (like Japan, Netherland, Emirates) to build more houses and facilities offshore without affecting marine life and without the risk of marine and coastal currents.

  • Zero cost of land price in case of offshore constructions. Very fast construction rate. Lower cost against artificial islands without affecting the marine environment.

Suitable for construction in all types of soft soil with high safety lifetime. When used as an offshore construction saves the opposite shore side from Tsunami waves and Coastal Currents without having an effect on the buildings itself.
